Red Rock Development Final Vote by Clark County Commissioners
December 5 @ 9:00 am - 10:30 am
Jim Rhodes’ developer will be presenting his plan to build thousands of houses and businesses on a mountain overlooking and surrounded on 3 sides by the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. For Final Approval on Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2018.
This is it. This is the actual, final approval vote. This is the time the developer who wants to build thousands of residential and commercial units overlooking Red Rock Canyon, is applying for his specific plan for final vote. Back in 2011, Commissioners ruled that he could not apply for it until he had BLM approval. In 7 years, he did not get approval and now he is asking Commissioners (as their last act as a board), to change that requirement and let him apply anyway.
